So you literally can’t even eat although you have legal tender which should be accepted anywhere in America as it states that US cash is legal tender under 31 U.S.C. § 5103 Basically saying I can’t enjoy their restaurant because they refuse to carry any cash in their store… They fail to render services. Missing out on sales as I literally try to eat here everyday… Guess I’ll take my business anywhere else… Feels pretty bias against unbanked persons… literally a multimillion dollar corporation and can’t break a $100, ever.

She literally went above and beyond on my order tonight and was just such a sweetheart with a smile the whole time even though I had a difficult order. She and Sandra both jumped to help me so they are definitely about customer service at this location. Stevie was who took my order but Sandra was also very nice smiling as well with a great attitude with all she was doing. They have that oldschool customer service that really stands out! There's just a great vibe here with everyone and I had to show how much I appreciate it! Oh and their Halloween Blast is so good, they got me hooked!! Lol I've been here two days in a row. Lol If upper management is looking, please do something nice for them! They are definitely working hard and still make time to be awesome! :)

I simply asked for a cup of ice from the back.. she bought old ice to the window. And got the manager when I asked her to make it right. The manager was worst than the employee. She didn't apologize or even acknowledge my concern. This is crazy. Fire that manager.
