We were only the third car in the drive-thru, so we expected a normal wait. Instead, it took 44 minutes to receive our food. That is an unreasonable amount of time for a drive-thru, especially when my order was just a single muffin. If drive-thru wait times are going to be that long, there should be a clear disclaimer or signage letting customers know what to expect. Even better, cars with simple orders should be pulled forward or parked to keep the line moving. Waiting nearly three-quarters of an hour without any warning defeats the purpose of using a drive-thru. Transparency and better traffic management would go a long way here. I will not be coming back at all!

I can’t wait to come back. The coffee was a perfect 117 degrees, (Fahrenheit) just as I requested. I dropped my phone in the toilet, and the manager let me use theirs to write this review. How nice!
