  Don't waste your time or money here staff including management are rude and unprofessional. They'll also mess with your food if there's a problem. Stay away.

  We miss Texas, and Whataburger especially! This was our last stop before heading back home a few states away, and we just had to make it count. The food was amazing, just like we remembered. A huge thank you to Mr. Jacobi, your customer service truly stood out and meant a lot to us. 👏 The whole team had such great energy today, and it really made the experience even better. Manager, you’ve got an incredible team on your hands. Hats off to Mr. Jacobi and everyone there!

  We're from Michigan and there's no such thing as Whataburger. Whenever we're traveling we love to stop at these restaurants. Very good burgers for a fast food place

  This is too much honey sauce that just made the small sandwich extremely soggy and sweet. I was told by the female manager today that because I didn’t visit their establishment twice in one day I cannot get a refund. Their own employees have complained in front of customers how back of house has done this many of times (over saucing sandwiches) and just fixing the uneaten food I’m willing to give back to you and we be done with it but no she said, sad. We all have lives too and this manager didn’t seem to care, even when I told her to just leave the same 7.00$ and change on a credit even if we couldn’t do a refund as if I get paid to fix mistakes done by the employees under her training and she still denied that, she finally only offered to replace just the sandwich which I didn’t want honestly , I also purchased a meal with the sandwich which also still have the entire meal I didn’t eat and I just wish as a manager of Whataburger it was handled differently I’ve spoken to a lot of the employees and other managers at this only Whataburger in Atlanta Tx and they’ve been great and this female manager I spoke to today asked me to also name the managers I’ve spoken to before?. I won’t name this manager out of respect but would hope that she receives more training for customers, I won’t be spending my money here again.
