- BWBenjamin WilsonNov 28, 20251.0My family and I ordered 2 pizzas Wednesday night, simple hand-tossed pizzas. The order was placed at 5:15, we showed up at 6:15 to pick the up. The employees just looked at us in the drive thru for 25 minutes and not once came to the window. They carried pizza after pizza outside to the cars behind. They didnt even know what were there for because nobody came to the window and asked us. They continued to take ordees on the inside of people walking in. We tried calling the restaurant and watched as they let the phone ring and snickered about not answering it. There was never a bad conversation, frankly because nobody spoke to us the entire time we were there. AWFUL CUSTOMER service. We parked and my brother got out to ask a guy who kept bringing pizzas outside why nobody would come to the window and the guy ina sarcastic rude tone goes..”uhhh sorry?” Terrible.

Cool, 10 min later they called and said l needed to give them my card number to pay over the phone. I asked why, that l have always been able to pay at counter and he said ‘“ if u want your order you will give me your card number”, l said well let me call my husband and l will call u back. “He said if you need to call your husband lm cancelling your order, l said ‘do not cancel my order’. Anyway l did cancel the order when we decided that was so rude and whoever called me from that place lost a long time customer. We literally just moved here from Granbury tx. Do not recommend this place
