  So to Day me and my mom went here for food and there was this lady who was saying I couldn't get a refill and I'm a minor and I'm 13 years old and she had an attitude and my mom was standing up for me like a normal mother will and this lady decides to be Bitchy and walk away so I am leaving this review cuz she was yelling at me (a 13 year old minor) that I couldn't get a refill and this place is supposed to be family friendly but I'm very disappointed with the lady's altitude and of course I didn't get her name cuz she was being disrespectful and rude

  The food was over cooked and the staff was rude. Ignored me at the register for over 15 minutes while the store was empty. Very rude regulars that staff allow to be rude and obnoxious. Management was rude for no reason when informed about their employees behaviors. Honestly the worst service from a fast food restaurant I’ve had in decades. The bathrooms were filthy the toilet seat unclean toilets stained from lack of cleaning. No one in the kitchen used gloves when handling food and most spaces in the kitchen looked filthy.

  Have now been waiting in a spot for 20 min for a vig mac, happy meal, and cheesburger, w fries. The 6 cars behind me have all gone on their way, we ordered online, so it should have been quick. Pretty sure they forgot all about us. This happens a lot at this locations. Prettu sure we were waiting on fries and they gave them to all the cars behind us.

  Got our drink order wrong, sent back though the drive thru. When my friend was trying to explain what happened he laughed, got extremely mad, rude, charged us again (he was wasn't wearing a name& gave her the receipt this time with her card. I got the receipt and went inside to speak with a manager. She wasn't a name tag either. I explained what was happened to her. She just looked at me with a dumbfounded look on her face & got defensive. My friend came inside & was trying to help explain things to the manager and she got argumentative so I walked outside. When my friend came out she told me the manager refused to give her name & kept receipt. I started walking inside & met the manager coming outside & politely asked her for her name with a please to which she responded no as she walked right past me. I simply wanted so I'd have them when I call their corporate office. But I do know the store location, it was Saturday 3-14-26 @ 4:10 p.m. & I can give a description of both of them. If Mcdonald's is going to employ rude people this they really should keep them in the back away from people & definitely demote the manager because she is not managing anything!

  Basically run by teenagers There were teenagers all hanging out, jumping and running around while people were trying to order/wait for food. I waited over 15min for a kids meal. Then when I got the food, it was just thrown in the box, fries everywhere. Needless to say, that is one location I will not return to
