I place an online order and when I got there I was met with zero hospitality. Stale faces and borderline contempt… for giving you money? Sorry? Well I tell them my order and ask if it comes with ranch, it doesn’t. No problem. Almost $2 for one? That’s annoying but that’s the rules although expensive. I then get my food from the person who I assumed is the manager who couldn’t care less. The same lady who took my order and teenagers joked with other teen patrons behind her. The wings had so little sauce they weren’t even covered completely. Jeez man. This sucks. Then I hear two young women in from of me say they wish they had ranch. Well immediately one of the teenage workers comes out with three, saying he heard them. He just gave almost $10 in ranch away! Wow. That feels horrible. Why do I get contempt while they get freebies? I’m not a 18 year old girl? That’s just not right, and borderline creepy. If they’re handing them out like free trials why does the patron who respectfully asked get shafted when the others get it just by speaking into the wind. So odd. So why are they still here if it’s that bad? The 3.8 stars is indicative, but it’s shambling on in the corps of the Wingstop name. That’s the only reason this franchise isn’t six feet in the proverbial economic dirt.
