    I came in a few weeks ago (I had forgotten to leave this review as I intended to back then so I'm making up for it now) to order the Flamin Hot Grilled Cheese burrito and was confused to find it unavailable at the self-ordering kiosk. Jay saw me approach the counter and immediately came over to help, and when I told him what I wanted he explained that they were having issues with the kiosk and that it didn't list the burrito, but he told me that I could order anything else I wanted and he would add the burrito in manually on their end. He was very polite and cheerful, and I was very happy with his service and attentiveness. Also, my order came out perfect and nothing was missing or incorrect even though I made some special requests. Jay turned an inconvenience into a very positive experience wnd I want to make sure he gets credit for doing that for me. I plan to return soon, hoping they're still serving those flamin hot burritos. Taco Bell should keep them on the menu permanently, they're one of the best things I ever had from that company.

    Waited for my food for 40 minutes. Follow up several times only to learn they havent started making my food. I didn't wait anymore because I will be late for my appointment. Wasted time and money. Worst service ever!!!!
