- JOJayla OldsDec 30, 20251.0I pulled up to get my pickup order and all of the employees were standing outside smoking cigarettes. I just moved here, and honestly that really grossed me out. What concerns me most is that they immediately went back inside to handle orders, and I seriously doubt they washed their hands before touching my food. That’s a major health and sanitation issue, and it made me extremely uncomfortable picking up my order. Because of this experience, I won’t be going back.

It’s the second time we order through the app. Once we do they call because they don’t have a certain item and basically you have to cancel everything. The problem here is that the app doesn’t have a cancel option. So you have to come in person to get a reimbursement. They are rude, confused, and their best and only response is, “there is nothing we can do”
