    Brent in drive thru was AMAZING! He had an awesome attitude and was very eager to make sure my order was perfect! Thanks for hiring such a dedicated employee!

    I ordered mozzarella sticks through the app and added 4 ranch. On the app, the ranches are free. I went through the drive-thru and only got 2 ranches so I went to the door and asked for my 2 other ones and the woman told me it would be an extra 50 cents. I said it didn’t cost money on the app and she said it was a managers decision. I’m not sure why I have to pay for condiments that are free in the app and why she didn’t inform me of the missing ranches since she knew we could only get 2. No other sonic I’ve been to has charged me for ranch, especially when i ordered them in the app.

    They never give picante sauce or ketchup. I even asked the car hop if it was in the bag and she said it was. Very disappointed
