  I waited in line for 30 min in the drive thru but the cashier was really sweet and the food was hot.

  Slow service, wait about 20 minutes for a normal burger with fries. Ask where my food is, its sitting on the line ready to go. So naturally it wasn't warm anymore. Food was subpar. Managers on duty not doing much to get the food out quick or control orders. Take control managers, nobody on floor being vocal taking charge. Probably the worst Whataburger I ever been to.

  Haven't eaten at a whatburger in YEARS and have never been to this one, near my house. I haven't taken a bite yet so not sure on the taste. But, Jeremy took care of me in the drive through line and was the definition of great customer service! He was nice, polite and respectful. My car battery died on me and he said he saw me struggling with the ordeal and had some kind words and took extra care of my order. It made my CRAP time to a random fast food place at 3am, a pleasant visit. Lol. Thanks Jeremy I hope you get recognized for your great work with your bosses!

  Ordered in the drive thru. Only 4 cars ahead of me. I waited 45 minutes. When I finally got to the window, 4 people were there just talking with food and drinks sitting there. 5 minutes later they open the window with “what did you order?” Mind you it’s not busy. I told them, obviously my face is upset. I tell them my order, and they take my payment. They hand me my drink, a larger size, didn’t want that. He hands me a brownie apologising for the wait. I said okay thank you. He hands me my bag, and. I drive off. Stick my hand in the bag, EVERYTHING WAS COLD! If you are going to make people wait, don’t know what’s going on, and give some sorry apologize, please have GOOD FOOD at LEAST!!! Worst experience and a repeated experience. I am DONE with whataburger.

  Every single time we walk into our local Whataburger here in Houston, two incredible ladies Mrs.Annette & Ms.Stephanie make our visit feel like coming home. They greet us with big smiles, remember what we like, and take such good care of us—whether it's getting our order just right, making sure everything is hot and fresh, or just brightening our day with their kindness and energy. You can tell they genuinely enjoy what they do, and it shows in every interaction. The food is always on point too (that classic Whataburger with fresh toppings, crispy onion rings, and those perfectly seasoned fries never disappoints), but it's these two awesome ladies who turn a quick meal into something special. Thank you for hiring and keeping such wonderful team members—they're the reason we keep coming back! Whataburger is lucky to have them.
