Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

I get to the drive thru and the voice across the intercom was so welcoming and excited. It cheered me up a bit. I drove around and went into the wrong lane. They hopped to it and checked on me. I apologized so bad tho lol. The wait was a little long and I got a medium instead of a large. But I don't care they must have seen the distress on my face cause those women dropped me a apple pie in my bag 🥰🥰🥰 the fries were so hot and fresh it burnt my hand ✋🏽 🤣🤣🤣. I love it here yall should go !!!!

After another 10 minute wait I received the fries. 35 min total time in drive thru. Definitely need a better system or employees need additional training

The cooks always ensure our meals are hot and fresh. We appreciate we the team is so welcoming and loving. We were just there last week and they celebrated their long time customer Tony’s birthday like he was part of their family. It is mesmerizing how attentive and caring they are at this location, the managers and employees.
