- ACAubry CordellNov 7, 20251.0been coming here for at least 5 years, and in the last 6-8 months it has gone WAY downhill. the service is absolutely terrible. i order on the app for rapid pickup at least once a week and its not been on the rapid pickup shelf once, nor has it been on the screen, and ive always arrived 5-10 minutes after the pickup time to ensure that it is ready. every time i ask an employee at the counter about the order they are very rude and dismissive, and then i go to the other counter and the employees are either standing there on their phones not paying any attention, or nowhere to be found. food is fine, but the service desperately needs improvement. i am a management major and work in food service management, so i know the standards that should be met very well and they don't meet any of them.

You know it’s understandable that an item that I was purchasing in my order was unavailable, but then I have to go back in not once but twice just to finish getting the rest of my order only to find out that in the end they didn’t even get the order, right the whole time acting as if they’re helping me out by giving me a bigger size . I will no longer be eating here anymore. On top of that, I couldn’t even get anyone to answer the phone to speak with a manager after calling multiple times. Would love a reply from Panera as to whether or not this is how they train their employees.
