After that there was no coffee in any of the three pots for more than 10 minutes. The manager made one pot of coffee which which did not provide enough coffee for our group and the other customer who was waiting. We have become increasingly disappointed in the service at this Panera's which has been the location of our breakfast group for several years. The prices are increasing and the quality of service and food is dropping. This was a breaking point. We shall be meeting in another coffee shop next week and probably never at Panera's again.

Could hear her whole conversation in the dining area. Will not be buying food from this unsanitary place again.

My soup was barely half filled, which feels pretty unacceptable for the price of almost $11 for a bread bowl. I got literally 5 bites of soup. When you’re paying Panera prices, you expect a full portion, not something that looks shorted. I can’t imagine someone pouring this amount and thinking it’s acceptable. Overall it felt careless and absolutely not worth it. The food is usually always good, which is why I kept coming back, but not anymore. Definitely won’t be ordering again.
