  Ordered 10 wings and only got 9 — this is not acceptable. It’s literally your job to get the order right. Calling the store is useless because no one ever answers. This shows a complete lack of accountability and customer service. I paid for my food and didn’t receive it. I expect this to be fixed with a refund or credit immediately.

  3/31/2026 at 2:42 p.m I dine in & had a bad experience with the food that day. I told them I wanted the fries fresh & a little well done. So I get them & they were not good at all. I told them about the issue with the fries. And I get them in 2 minutes & seems like they gave me the same ones I gave them & had an issue with. They were extra hard & crispy & they also were like a dark color . The fries didn't look right nor tasted good at all. I Wouldn't recommend this place! How rude they will give you the same fries!..

  Ordered delivery and forgot to add an extra ranch, which is the customers fault, I’ll admit. I called the store to see if they could add a ranch and I’d be willing to pay for it. Was told once you place the order you can’t modify/make changes and would have to cancel the order, get a refund which can take up to 7 business days and place it again for a single ranch that cost $1.20 lol what a joke. Something so simple just lost a customer, won’t be ordering from this wingstop again. Good thing is they are independently owned, so I can order from one that has better customer service but this one will no longer be getting my business.

  I had a bad experience with the cashier on duty; she showed a complete lack of respect regarding my order. I asked for two flavors, but she gave me different ones. This is the second time this has happened to me with the same person.

  I AM FED UP WITH THIS LOCATION AND THE LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TRAINING!!!!!! IVE TRIED SEVERAL TIMES TO REACH OUT AND ALL I GET IS "THIS IS A FRANCHISE WINGSTOP" SO OH WELL. I DID AN ONLINE ORDER WORTH 40$ PLUS SOME, GOT THERE AND THE BAG WASNT SEALED, IT WAS OPEN, SO I WENT TO THE TRUCK GOT TO LOOKING IN MY BAG BECAUSE IT WAS LIGHT WEIGHT FOR ALL THE FOOD I ORDERED. OPENED IT I WAS MISSING MY REGULAR FRIES AND MY VOODOO FRIES. I WALKED RIGHT BACK IN AND A BLACK LADY AT THE COUNTER WAS ON HER PHONE I WAITED, THEN SHE SAID "UMMMM YES" I EXPLAINED I WAS MISSING THINGS, SHE WENT AND GOT A SMALL HISPANIC GIRL WITH LOTS OF MAKEUP AND HAD TO EXPLAIN IT AGAIN, SHE MADE THE FRIES AND PUT THEM IN THE BAG, THEN HANDED THE BAG BACK TO ME. I SAID UMM, DID U GET THE VOODOO FRIES TOO, SHE SAID NO I DID NOT YOU DIDNT ORDER THAT HAVE A GOOD DAY. I LOOKED AT THE BLACK GIRL SHE STARTED LAUGHING AND I SAID UMMMM, YES I DID. SHE SHOWED ME THE SIDE OF THE BAG THAT SAID LRG FRIES, I SAID MAAM PULL UP MY "FULL" TICKET. SHE DID, AND MADE MY FRIES THEN HER AND THE BLACK GIRL STARTS IN ON "THIS ALWAYS HAPPENEDS" "WE AINT GONE SAY NOTHING THOUGH" "SHE HAS IT IN HER BAG" THEN LAUGH SO I STOPPED THE WHOLE LINE AND PULLED OUT EVERY SINGLE THING I HAD IN THERE TO PROVE A POINT. THE LACK OF ACCOUNTABILITY IN THESE YOUNG KIDS WORKING NOW DAYS IS CRAZY!
