    2356 SE green oaks blvd Marsha was very kind,and very respectful my experience at the is wingstop location was fantastic. It was very clean and an amazing variety off music.

    My boyfriend ordered here for a specific pickup time. Timing was perfectly fine, my issue was that they had the correct bag but the incorrect order. When he picked up the food, it was already cold. The order was someone else’s. And when he called to figure out if he’d be able to get a refund they said they’d only be able to give him store credit. We drove up there to switch out the food instead for a fresh, corrected order. What’s the point in putting the name on the bag if you’re just going to put someone else’s food in it?? On top of that, there was hardly any sauce on my mild wings. Thank god we asked for a side of extra sauce.

    I am leaving this review for the Wingstop located at 2356 SE Green Oaks Blvd, Ste 190, Arlington, TX 76018 regarding an unacceptable customer service experience. I placed my order on 2/27/2026 at 7:54 PM (Order #8933325662) and arrived at the scheduled pickup time expecting it to be ready. Instead, the cashier informed me that my order was not ready and that I would need to wait another 10 minutes. Delays happen, and that is understandable. What is not acceptable is how the situation was handled. I politely told the cashier that, rather than wait longer, I would prefer to cancel the order. She told me I would have to wait until she finished checking in all of the other customers before she could cancel it. She then walked away. At that moment, I was no longer waiting for food. I was being told I had to wait to cancel an order that was already delayed. That makes no sense. It was dismissive, unprofessional, and rude. The tone and manner in which she communicated made it clear that my time did not matter. Because the cashier handled the situation poorly, I asked another employee if I could speak to the manager. I then spoke directly with the general manager. She acknowledged that her cashier had poorly handled the situation and apologized sincerely. She also mentioned that it was her second day as general manager at that location. Despite that, she was respectful, calm, and professional in addressing the issue. She offered a full refund and even agreed to deliver the order, but by then it was no longer about the food. It was about the principle of customer service and basic respect. No customer should be told they have to wait in line again to cancel an order that was not ready at the promised time. Additional customer service training is needed at this location. Customers should never feel dismissed or inconvenienced simply for requesting to cancel an order that was not ready as promised. Proper training on communication and professionalism would prevent situations like this. I appreciate the general manager attempting to correct the situation. However, the initial interaction was unnecessary and frustrating, and should not have happened. I am not looking for a response from the owner. I am simply documenting my dissatisfaction with how this was handled.
