All the workers chilling outside while I’m trying to order, the cook even outside in his work gloves that I’m sure won’t be changed before making the next sandwich… I sat there at the speaker waiting as I’m guessing the clerk didn’t know the headset don’t work from sitting outside on the corner! Good thing McDonalds line was moving today!

I don’t like writing bad reviews, but this is my exception, took 45 mins to make my order, and when we got it, it was wrong. Multiple people came in for door dash and uber, all got their food immediately, about 20 cars made it through the drive thru and got their food immediately. All I ordered was cinnamon pull apart and double meat baconator, and it took that long to make (45mins), had 3 different people ask what we ordered, told them our number and did not make it until almost 45 minutes later, I’ve always had a bad experience at this place and the only reason I go to this one is how close it is, learned my lesson today, do go there unless u want time and money wasted. PS: no one was wearing gloves or hairnets, employee went to the bathroom (watched him go in and not walk out until 40 mins later) did not wash his hands, you can hear the sink in this very small building.

First off, fast food shouldn’t take 30 minutes, let’s start there. As a customer in the drive-thru, it shouldn’t take so long that I have to get out of my car just to get my food. It’s also disappointing to see how much customer service has declined. I went inside to check on my order and noticed an extra $0.50 charge on my receipt. The issue wasn’t the amount, it was the lack of communication, especially on top of the long wait time. What made the experience worse was being met with attitude from the manager when I asked about the charge. Situations like this turn a frustrating experience into a completely negative one. At the end of the day, businesses like Wendy’s rely on their customers to keep their doors open. Every customer should feel valued, and unfortunately, that wasn’t the case here. You can rest assure that I won’t be back.

Not gonna lie we ended up throwing the food away it was a waste of 30$, nuggets were cold, fries tasted old and stale. Only thing hot was the baconator which is to be expected but it tasted off and one was covered in sauce while the other one had none what so Ever. I like Wendy’s and honestly this was the worst I have ever had. Genuinely wish I could get my money back. Also if you are going to charge additional for sauce can we at least throw it in the dang bag we live like two minutes away I just didn’t want to bother going back but still I paid for these sauces I want them at the very least yea I should have checked I’ll say on this part but still it’s on the receipt and order. If you can’t follow and order when you have literally nobody else at the establishment it makes me wonder why this location still in business
