If this place was great, it’s no longer the case. The food was bland. The appetizer we ordered (meat platter) looked like it came from Sam’s. The beer selection was good. Aside from that not much else to enjoy. I ordered the German sausage and it was average. Just a big hot dog. It was clean, tho, but sad looking and the service was not good to be polite.

This is such a welcoming restaurant. We had the cheese pierogies, Pelmenie, Garden Salad and Meat and cheese platter. Everything was delicious and fresh!

What a wonderful place! It was spotlessly clean, the people were so friendly and the music was wonderful. The food was fantastic, I had the sausage and my sister had Jagerschnitzel. The sauerkraut is better than anything the stores sell and I got the spicy mustard which I love. Don't be put off because there aren't many cars, if you skip this place you're really missing something special. Oh, and get a piece of honey cake while you're there. I actually went because I wanted potato pancakes, guess I'll just have to go back again. And again. And again.

Come here if you love food....it's so unique, food you can't find everywhere. Simple, but delicious. I recommend the pelmini (little meat dumplings) the salad olivier, and the chicken kiev, my favorite being the chicken kiev. Something unique and yummy

Having recently transferred to the area and being a full-blooded German, I was really looking forward to trying “Taste of Europe”. After reading the menu, I was confused by the name? There is hardly anything here from Europe, a little from Germany. That’s it. It is 90% Russian/Ukranian food. I wanted to try Pelmeni but it can only be purchased as a meal, same with the Pierogis, etc. Who eats 20 of them and nothing else? As a Hungarian-German Goulasch expert, and my favorite dish on the planet, as everyone knows, it was very disappointing. Nothing like authentic Goulasch. Tons of egg noodles and 4 bite-size pieces of meat. Though, the meat was tender. Hungarian is served with potatoes (and not their potatoes. Potatoes cooked in the pot with the Goulasch). German/Austria comes with Spaetzle. Their sauce was so over pronounced with flour/cornstarch and had no flavor. Very disappointing. The Grandma Salad, basically a cabbage salad, had a unique flavor to it, along with sugar. The worst part, both dishes were highly overpriced. No soup or salad comes with your $20-$37 dollar entree, like all other restaurants and no bread? Europe, all restaurants serve bread, even in this country. Bread is cheap. The house wine was probably 3 oz or less. Three sips came in the glass, and their selection is pretty much only Russian wine. Lastly, the Restaurant was pretty empty. I came at 6:30. Should be at least half full. Nope. Just me. As a left, a party of 4 did came in. Not sure if I’ll be back or not. I spent over $50 for One!!! Yikes!
