  We love Subway and this was the worse experience ever!! We ordered on DoorDash and apparently they were out of lettuce and spinach. Instead of asking would we like to add more veggies or substitute for something, Mary G refuse to complete our order and was going to back and forth with the dasher. I ended up leaving work and going to the location. When I walked in, Mary never acknowledged me and continued helping the previous customer. 15 minutes later when she finished the previous customer’s 3 sandwiches, she proceeded to say the veggies you see is all I have. I explained to her that we ordered on door dash and were told that she refused to make our order. She told me that was a lie and she was out of lettuce and spinach and that is why she did not make our order. I asked to speak to a manager or have the number to corporate and she refused to give it to me!!!! I was a general manager for Schlotzskys for 7 years and I would never allow my team to treat a guest like that. You could tell she hates her job and could care less about the customers that help keeps y’all’s doors opened!!! I will never return to this location again and for the ones that do, I pray Mary G. Gives you better service than we had today!!!!!

  Let me tell Ya'll!!! Thomas is a one man show !! Cook, clean and prepare the food. This man went above AND beyond to make sure we had great service and our food was as we wanted !!! He deserves all the praise. I've NEVER EVER been to a subway that impressed me and my husband like this !! He needs employee of the year !!! Great attitude, friendly and LOVES his job !!! I cant express enough how this is the best subway!!!!! Go see Thomas and see for yourself ! Hopefully subway chain or the owner of this location recognizes this employee. Wish they all had employees like him !!!

  I came here to this location around 11: 20 a.m. on 1-11-2026, There was a Caucasian lady fixing my sandwich and she was very rude to me when asking for my order and fixing my food, when I nicely asked if the tomatoes were just put out or fresh she started tossing plastic tops around but I just blew it off. Its almost like she didnt want to work there or something. Anyway, customer service is important especially when you're taking somebody else's money, this is why Subway looks to be going downhill and places like Jersay Mike's are getting more recognized, so on that note, managers to be very wise about who they hire to represent the company. I will be going to a different location where I am treated like a buying customer, or if in dire need, coming here at a different time of day. Using my gas to come and buy a sandwhich while getting disrespected is not what I wanted to wake up to today. I am a nurse but if you need to hire some people with great customer service and attitudes I'd be very happy to come in part time to fix a few sandwichs and make somebody's day, You can never have enough money, especially easy money.
