    Every single time we go we end up regretting this location, which is few and far between, however each time comes with its set of issues purchase a LARGE popper 1 ranch only you have to buy the 2nd as expensive as the food is already, next visit 2 route 44 Cherry limeades with no syrup in the sprite and wasn't able to understand that it needed to be changed because remade they tasted the same again, and this time we trashed 30 dollars of food besides the 10$ tip because the car hol had to go in for us a few times regardless the footlong meat was so dried out that like biting into jerky cold greasy stale fries and a soggy sloppy cheese burger that tasted like fish or something. It was completely awful and I'm STILL eai6for corporate to contact me because I have every intentiond of receiving a refund this time because I'm tired of waisting money every time we go there

    We stop here when traveling and get food and ice cream. All the Sonics now say their bathrooms are out of order so the public can't use them. A restroom is needed when traveling. Otherwise we stop where we can grab food and use the restroom.

    I’m going to start by saying if I could give less stars I would. Ordered on the app, for my 2 children and myself. They were out of apple juice. That’s how it started once I arrived. After getting home I realized I didn’t receive my $6 mozzarella sticks for one of my kids.. I called and let them know. I was told to come back up there to pick them up. So I did so.. when I got back home all of the rest of my food was cold of course. The burrito and wraps I ordered were 90% tortilla and my son said he’d prefer to go elsewhere moving forward for frito wraps because they were made so poorly. They are lucky I wasn’t a secret shopper because they would have failed epically. “New management” hasn’t seemed to improve this location at all whatsoever. I won’t be back for a while after this experience. I think they just need to shut this location down as it hasn’t been worth a flip for about 15 years. I’d rather drive past this location to go to a different location at this point. Absolute trash. The didn't say sorry, they didn’t do anything for me going out of my way to come back up to get the mozzarella sticks I should have received to begin with.. I tipped and wish I wouldn’t have. I worked at sonic for 4 1/2 years through highschool so I know how hard this job is not.. customer service was horrible, food was trash, atmosphere.. i don’t even know what to say. I was given extra ranch and marinara sauce. As a perk I guess i don’t know what they emphasized that they did that. It wasn’t even busy.. Avoid this location if you want quality food. If you do decide to go here.. check your order before you leave. Just my suggestion. But I won’t be back.

    They got my drink order wrong on the 12th and I didn’t notice until I got home. I returned (placed a full order) on the 16th and asked if they would replace the drink I paid for on the 12th with the correct drink and the manager refused. It was silly to not replace a $2 drink that they messed up solely because it happened 4 days prior. I showed the receipt and it didn’t matter to them. So customer service is not a priority here and I really don’t care about $2, just the audacity to not fix their mistake.
