  Went just to get a double bacon cheeseburger with ketchup only meal with medium fries and route 44 Sprite. Got it, drove home, and the burger had everything on it. I read the receipt and it says only ketchup. So I drive all the way back just to fix my burger and told them what happened. They immediately grabbed my whole bag of food and left. When I get the new bag back, there was no receipt, no fries, and a single patty bacon cheeseburger but they finally had the only ketchup part right. Honestly normally I'd be like okay life goes on, but I've been going to this sonic my whole life and almost never have a mess up at all especially not this bad. But for the price I paid versus what I received. I'm livid I won't be back as long as that Lexis, Alexis chick works there. It was barely a rush, there's no need for attitude and two mess ups. I shouldn't have to waste my gas, my order should just be right. Normally good place and wonderful workers, but this was a terrible experience today.

  Every time this location is terrible !! Everyone walking around on phones. Waiting 15 min now past my order pick up time for mobile order . Last time I ordered at the store it took forever also . I will never come back to this location. Poor management!!
