  Just FYI if your online order is messed up the store can not help you. Even though the app says see the store manager for any issues. The car hop told me she would cancel my order for me to reorder it. After doing so the manager came out just saying "I cant do anything about online orders". Very unprofessional. Did not listen to my concerns just very adamant she couldn't do anything. Then proceeded to bring my cold, soggy food out and told me to call the 1-800 #. 3 days later they have not got back with me. I am currently out $25

  Was in the area and stopped at Sonic for something different. Service was friendly and fast. Entrance and parking area was clean and well kept.

  Ordered a hot fudge shake, got a cup of vanilla ice cream. No fudge or anything in it.

  Ordered online for pick up on the app. Checked in and put in my lane #. Waited 20 mins for someone to bring out my food. Nothing. I had to walk to the door to ask for my food. The app just says wait in the car and a crew member will bring the food!?? Yall can literally put a sign if we have to pick up at the door. Smh
