  Food was OK not great very dry and the pulled pork. Definitely not better than mine. I don’t need to put sauce on my pulled pork and I need to put sauce on their pulled pork so that’s how I judge pulled pork, but I have had their brisket in the brisket is very good.

  Our brisket was absolutely the WORST we’ve ever had from Rudy’s. We ordered yesterday on March 31st. We get delivery because it’s easier than maneuvering a wheelchair at the location and I think they took advantage of it being a delivery order ( since it can’t be easily returned! ) because they KNEW the brisket was extremely tough, to the point of being inedible. Even the teenagers wouldn’t eat it, it ended up being fed to the dog. It’s a shame because usually their brisket is soft and practically melts in your mouth. I hope this was a poor decision on sending bad meat, it makes it hard to trust them with another order.

  I have visited this place many times and sometimes the food is just absolutely delicious and sometimes it falls a little short. I ordered the moist brisket sandwich, which is just a fattier cut versus the lean. A couple of slices of the meat was tender and juicy, and the other few pieces were not. They were tough and rubbery, I was very disappointed because I was hungry and I couldn’t finish my sandwich. I also ordered a half pound of jalapeño sausage, it was mid nothing fancy about it but I think it could’ve been grilled or smoked a little bit longer as well. I’ve had The jumbo smoked potato w/ brisket it comes with the sides on the side and you have to add it to the potato yourself, I ordered to go. The potato is a decent size. It also could have been cooked a little bit longer. It was a little stiff. Rudy’s beans they are smoky so if you don’t like the smoky taste in your beans, do not order these, but I do so they were decent, the potato salad, coleslaw,corn on the cob, cream corn they were also decent. They also serve breakfast tacos from 7 AM to 11 AM.

  Wanted to grab dinner for the fam before soccer practice since this was on the way. Lean brisket was tough, turkey tasted like it was smoked with chemicals and pulled pork tasted like dog food. The brisket in general lacks flavor and its a shame they only have grocery store sliced bread. I wouldnt go back even if someone paid me.

  Love the moist Brisket......with beef prices sky rocketed their Brisket price is not bad during this economy.....and always tasty🤗🤗
