- ADArturo DominguezApr 4, 20261.0I had a really frustrating experience at Pizza Hut. I went in with a simple question about my order, and instead of getting help, I was completely ignored. I tried to get someone’s attention multiple times, but the staff didn’t even acknowledge me—not a word, not even eye contact. It felt incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional. Customer service should be the bare minimum at any restaurant, and this location seriously missed the mark. It’s not just about getting the order right—it’s about treating customers like they matter. Unfortunately, that clearly wasn’t the case here. I won’t be coming back after being treated this way.

- XWxavier watsonMar 19, 20261.0Ordered my food through the Pizza Hut app for delivery. I’m waiting 2 hours and at that point I just got in my car and went to the place to see what’s the hold up. First person I talk to about the situation is the manager and she looks it up saying doordash already picked it up. Well, obviously I didn’t get my order delivered and it doesn’t take 2 hrs either . So she said the order was most likely stolen and and I ask well I didn’t get a confirmation that my order was picked up from a dasher in the first place . So I asked if she can remake the order and maybe throw in free wings of something for the trouble since I had to come and pick it up myself after paying delivery. She tells me no she cannot and in my head any food place with GREAT management would’ve offered SOMETHING. So I said you know what . Just remake the food and don’t worry about it . Won’t be ordering from here again .
