  I Seen the worker go and touch everything like door handles, typing on the computer, and a few other things. Then proceeded make food for customers with no gloves on without washing his hands.

  Arlington, Tx- 1030 W Arkansas Ln #205, Arlington, TX 76013 Manager Breanna Johnson was extremely disrespectful. My order was wrong and when i brought it back for a remake she was rude and belligerent. She began to yell and did not take any accountability for the horrible customer service that myself as well as other customers were complaining about. When i first came into this establishment an hour prior, i had to wait almost five minutes before anyone even came to the front. When i said something about it and started complaining, another customer waiting for his order said he had had the same experience. When i came back to get my order fixed, an uber driver also complained about this same issue. When I asked why it consistently takes so long to be greeted, Breanna became aggressive and defensive instead of apologetic. She snidely responded that staff doesn’t come out if orders are not ready and waiting in the warmer, to which i replied staff should still come out to greet customers and let the know how much longer the wait will be. i have a video recording that i would like to share with corporate. When i informed Breanna that i would be contacting corporate, she shrugged it off and said the location was a franchise so my complaint wouldn’t go far. I ended up having to call for a police escort in order to get my refund which i requested once Breanna decided to take my remade order to the back. I don’t know what she did to my food so i wanted a refund to which she refused for a whole hour until the police became involved and made her give my money back. She lied throughout the whole ordeal first saying she was the GM, then said she couldn’t give me a refund because her manager would have to do it. This is ridiculous behavior. I worked for pizza hut years ago before becoming a nurse and this behavior absolutely would not have been tolerated. I would love for someone to call me to further discuss this ordeal.
