  We recently visited Pappasito’s Cantina, and overall the experience was a mix of really great moments and some disappointing ones. When we arrived, we were quoted a 40-minute wait, but it ended up being closer to an hour before we were seated. That was a bit frustrating, especially after a long drive. Once we were seated, our server, Mario, absolutely knocked it out of the park in the beginning. He went above and beyond—bringing a small sample of their ground beef for my boys to try before ordering tacos, keeping our drinks full, making sure we had plenty of chips and salsa, and even bringing out hot, fresh tortillas for our queso. That level of service really stood out and made a great first impression. However, things started to fall off once our food came out. My two sons received their taco plates first, and then about 5 minutes later my husband and I were served our fajitas. Once everyone finally had their meals, it felt like Mario was done with our table. He only checked on us once more, and that was toward the end of our meal. It was super disappointing, especially after such a strong start and considering we drove almost 45 minutes to visit this location. I really wanted this to be a 5-star experience, but unfortunately, the inconsistency in service made it fall short.

  I used to work here my way through the college and I appreciated the fact. I remember when fajitas were $15.99, and that was not that long ago..... last night I Paid $46.00 for fajitas that kids ate. Overpriced and not reasonable. I won't be eating fajitas here again....

  I took my son to Pappasitos to celebrate his birthday.. Moyeh was AMAZING!! He was very kind and engaging. He had perfect timing checking back in during the visit.. They were unexpectedly busy on a Tuesday evening.. He made sure to be attentative to all his tables!! He took the time to answer my questions and even made suggestions.. The food was perfect.. Great portion sizes.. I couldnt even finish my plate.. I LOVE going to Pappsitos.. I enjoy the food, service and atmosphere… Dont forget to ask for Moyeh when yall go back!! You wont regret it!!!

  Was my husband and I first time here...Loooovee it! The restaurant is so inviting and romantic from the outside til you walk inside! Everything was perfect! The service was wonderful and friendly and the food was soo delicious and authentic! There is one thing some of the food was too salty but besides that one thing it was a wonderful experience and we will definitely be back again!!!

  This is a very lively place. Met here for dinner with a former colleague. Very noisy. Food was fine. Lots of options, maybe too many, but what I ordered was okay. Server was nice. It was, however, highly annoying that they did not seem to understand the concept of a margarita being made with mezcal instead of tequila. I wanted a skinny margarita made with mezcal (I don't like the syrups and separate from a ranch water, this is the best way to keep it from being sweet). They first brought me the blood orange mezcalita on the menu that I did not ask for. Then they brought back some huge sloppy drink that tasted like pure syrup. I left it on the table. I don't know why the bartender (or maybe the server) could not figure it out. The company made up for it. I don't think this place is anything to write home about.
