  My waitress Alexis wasn’t attentive at all during my visit , that’s one reason she lost her tip because I guess she figured the baseball fans deserved better service and attention. I asked for two to go boxes and the check and only received one and never saw he again for awhile. Guest service was below average and very disappointing as a first timer, being here Alexis seemed very forgetful or she just took for ever on small things like straws water check and boxes honestly. also service didnt not deserve a tip as I watched her engage with other tables…I believe everyone shoud receive 5 mile service regardless of how they are dressed or anything else it’s literally all about attitude because you will miss out on your blessings that way and you never know who you are serving Food was overwhelming salty and the fondeaux was tasteless and very watery.

  I had such a great experience here! The seafood was super fresh and cooked perfectly, everything honestly tasted fantastic! You can tell they really care about the food and the flavors were just spot on. The vibe was really nice too, clean and welcoming and just a great place to relax and enjoy a meal. Our server, Chelsea, was absolutely perfect, super friendly and attentive, which made the whole experience even better. Overall this place definitely exceeded my expectations. If you’re looking for really good seafood and a great experience I’d 100% recommend it. I’ll definitely be back!

  Stopped in because it was on the way I usually go to the Grapevine location This Arlington location doesn’t have a happy hour The food is not good The roasted oysters were the worst that I ever had !! The only thing that was good was the bread Service is good everyone is happy and friendly Will never return to this location If you want food that’s perfectly made avoid this place and go to Grapevine location

  First and foremost, I reserved tables for 10 people however while reserving this tables for 10 people at this location I was not advised that if all my party was not there, I wouldn’t be able to sit down so at the time we are we arrived. I believe I had at least six or seven people with me. The young lady said that she consider us now as talked to a manager. The manager came across his rude so we end up waiting now now it’s 805. My reservation was for 8 PM so actually we didn’t sit down about eight. I wanna say between 830 and 845 which is crazy so we sat down. It was right at 20 people. People were still arriving with that many people that should have been two servers there was only one we waited so long for our food to come out but we waited we waited. I know at least thirty minutes to forty five minutes to get our drinks and the food was late. I ordered an appetizer, which is the fondue. Usually the Pappadeaux‘s I go to the fondue be just extremely hot. This fondue was cold. It wasn’t hot at all using it when I ordered that they bring extra extra place up on her bottom of the garlic bread so it can be shared out the server Just she just set the fondue down so when I asked for extra place, she only bought me one plate. She was not friendly at all, I gave them when my mom gave them my birthday cake. I believe someone in the back did something to my cake because when I got my cake back, my cake was cracked on the side. I’ve never been to Pappadeaux‘s. That was like this one and I will never ever go back to that Pappadeaux‘s because the service was horrible. The server came across the perception that she fed off that she couldn’t handle it and yeah, she should’ve had. The Manager should’ve gave her help to help with this big crowd of people, but I will never ever in life go back to this Pappadeaux‘s again now again when we got there at the time of booking the reservation for my birthday the lady never said well if all your party is not here you can’t sit down that was Ludacris and I’ve never been told that then when my birthday cake came out, the young lady just set up on the table I said well nobody song, happy birthday or anything. She said we don’t do this at this Pappadeaux‘s. I’ve never heard of that so I feel like alll Pappadeaux should be on one accord one do it the other don’t I’ve never heard of it but again I will never in life come back to that Pappadeaux‘s. The food was horrible. The service was horrible. The sitting arrangement was horrible.

  I stopped by for lunch and decided to sit at the bar, and I’m really glad I did. The service was outstanding from start to finish—attentive, friendly, and genuinely welcoming without being overbearing. The food was just as impressive. Everything came out fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. You can tell they take pride in both the quality and presentation. It made for a relaxed, enjoyable lunch experience that exceeded my expectations. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for great food and top-notch
