Gone is the soft crust, replaced by something that in certain portions of the pizza adequate, but mostly flat and hard. Disappointing as PJ’s was so good for so many years. Sad to say it will be a long time before I’m willing to spend money at a PJ’s again.

The toppings were thrown on carelessly and not evenly distributed at all. Huge chunks of onions and green peppers were piled in some areas while other slices were almost bare. It looked messy and rushed. The crust was thick and doughy, not baked properly, and the pizza was extremely greasy. There was oil soaking into the box, which made it even more unappetizing. The cheese wasn’t evenly melted and the overall presentation was poor. For the price I paid, I expected much better quality and consistency. This definitely did not meet expectations. Very disappointed with this order. I hope they improve their quality control. When I called the store to complain, the staff member was very rude. Instead of addressing the issue, he told me to just “put it back in the oven and recook it.” That is completely unacceptable. I paid for a properly made pizza — it’s not my job to finish cooking it at home. He also refused to transfer the call to the manager and kept saying, “I can’t do anything.” The lack of customer service was just as bad as the food quality. Very unprofessional behavior and extremely disappointing experience. I expected much better from Papa John’s. I will not be ordering from this location again.
