  I went to this McDonalds to pick up an order for someone. As soon as I walked through the door and went to the counter, the lady at the register made direct eye contact with me and walked away. Then, as I was waiting for someone to talk to me the manager walked by and I had to stop her and ask if the order I was there for was ready to pick up. She asked if it was an online order which I said yes because she was standing right next to a completed order and she said someone else will take care of it in a minute. After waiting an additional 5 minutes the guy completed another order, asked me the name of the order, and handed me the one he just completed. I looked at the name and realized it wasn’t the correct name and he saw that it was the order that had been sitting there the ENTIRE TIME that the manager didn’t even bother checking the name of when she was standing right next to it. This is awful service and people shouldn’t be running a fast food place without proper customer service skills. I hope this place shuts down, you guys are awful.

  This is probably the best tasting McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I just moved here and this is my favorite McDonald’s location. The food is always hot and the mcchickens and chicken nuggets crispy.

  Placed and online order when I got to the intercom im guessing the manager on duty told me to cancel my order because they were not gonna make it. This is the third time it’s happened to me I paid online now I’m having to wait 1-7 business days for my refund ? Nd I didn’t get my meal I purchase

  Stood at the counter for over 10 minutes, waiting for help asked for my DoorDash when I finally got someone’s attention and he ignored me and went right back to work. Was a younger Asian man then I told the manager I NEEDED my DoorDash she ignored me had to ask her for it again she gave it to me and I tried to tell her about her employee and she just walked off and started talking to someone else very disrespectful no customer service whatsoever
