  I went through the drive-thru and had a great experience at first. The employee at the first window was very pleasant—she repeated our order, was friendly, and thanked me after I paid. I even mentioned to my son how rare it is to encounter that level of friendliness these days. Unfortunately, the experience completely changed at the second window. After waiting about six minutes behind the car in front of me, I pulled up and was met with, “What did you order?”—no greeting or acknowledgment of the wait. When I answered, the employee seemed irritated, shut the window, and returned a moment later to hand me the food without saying a single word. It turned what started as a positive experience into a frustrating one. The lack of communication and basic courtesy was disappointing, and it also made me understand why the line was moving so slowly. I understand this is fast food, but basic customer service still matters. Because of this, I won’t be returning.

  I had a great visit to McDonald's! The service was quick, and my order was ready just the way I asked. The food was hot and tasty, and the staff were friendly and efficient at the drive‑thru. I always appreciate a reliable fast‑food stop like this — perfect for a quick meal on the go. Will definitely come back again!

  They are very rude when taking your order. I came to place it on the drive thru and their screens don’t work. I ordered an iced coffee and was told $2.89 and when they ran my card, $3.23. I asked why the price change and the girl said “I don’t know. I don’t set the prices.” I paid with  Pay and when I wanted my money back, the manager said she had to take my phone to process my refund. I’m..what!? I said no and she made me come inside to get my refund.

  How hard is it to take an order? Do you have a mobile code, yes? Then you don't ask for it. Strike one. Order two double cheeseburgers, a 6 piece nuggets and large sweet tea. On the screen, no nuggets, but a snack wrap. Strike two. Tried to say it wasn't right, was told to pull forward. Get to the window. Tell the kid the order is wrong. One more time. Two double cheeseburgers, a 6 piece nuggets and large sweet tea. He says, Ok. Give him the code, pay, get the receipt, pull forward and now, no snack wrap but he's now added a hot and spicy mcchicken in addition to the nuggets, cheeseburgers and sweet tea! Strike three! So we've paid for something we never even asked for, not one time! We tell the next kid at the next window and what does he say, well we can't do refunds, are you kidding me! So the first kid screws up not once, but twice because he's not listening and now we've paid for food we don't want and we can't even get our money back! The solution....fries....are you kidding me! At this point I'm so upset my husband says just take the fries and let's go. Its late and they don't know what they are doing. So we take the fries, the food we didn’t order and go home. We wont be back. We have gone past this McDonald's to go another just because they can't get it right and what is worse is they are the closest McDonald's to us and now we go out of our way to not go to this one. Pitiful.

  In the drive-thru and 2nd window guy asks if I can go inside to pick up my mobile order, (medium hot honey chicken sandwich combo + one 40% off double cheeseburger--thx to app daily offer) been wanting to try out the new hot honey thing. I'm assuming he's asking because guy ahead of me had to pull up a bit and wait for their order to come out too. I tell him no, and explain that I chose drive- thru to not have to go inside and gave him the 'what if I wasn't wearing pants' line lol. He doesn't say anything, just shrugs and mumbles idk. I then say that usually you guys tell me to pull up into a pick up parking spot and deliver to car? He again just stands there until I ask for a manager and that's when he turns and asks someone how much longer on order for Albert, and literally not even 30sec later I get my bag. Why even ask me to go inside when that entire interaction was 1min at most? Because cars in front and behind me? Who cares! I'm the current customer and my order wasn't large. Obv the bag had no ketchup or napkins but if service was like that at this location its to be expected--avoid this one and go to one on Matlock instead for good service if ever in south Arlington.
