  THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER AT ANY MCDONALD'S!!! We arrived and EVERY EMPLOYEE walked away instead of greeting us for visiting their store. We ordered on the kiosk as we always do. The receipt never printed. We asked for it and we got a bluey copy of it. 🤦🏼‍♂️. We looked for a clean table to have our meal, THEY WERE ALL DIRTY WITH TRASH,CRUMBS, AND SODA SPILLS. I had to wait for 5 minutes for someone to come to the front and asked if I needed something. I asked if we could get someone to clean any of the tables so we could sit and eat our food. Instead, they have me a rag and said we could clean it ourselves.😱 We ended up taking our order home and eat it cold when we got home in Red Oak, TX. This place needs better management and way better customer service. This was the worst experience ever.

  The manager got called on Make up. She could care less if you got your order or not. Them younglings working back there, I get it. Your job sucks. I'm sorry to hear that. But have some manners

  Compared to other McD like the one on Great Southwest, this location is super slow. Not sure they can do something about it, but super rowdy. Employees are not friendly or helpful, no smiles or greeting

  Weirdest mcd drive through I've been in. Very narrow, steep hill, the nasty smell of the garbage dumpsters next door while you've got your window down ordering. Gross. Wait was disgustingly long to not only place order but to get it as well. Guy at window asked if I was a mobile order. I told him I was and before I could say anything else, he threw up a pointer finger as in "ok" and shut the window. I would have liked a receipt and guess I could have stayed there until he opened back up the window but screw it. I won't be back here again. Edit to reply to MCD request: you do not need me to go to any website to do anything for you. Someone should go there and see what I'm saying. Crazy driveway, long wait, stink of garbage in back, just yuck. Go see for yourself.

  Dude usually working the first window, EVERYTIME we visit this McDonalds, is on his phone… literally phone in hand holding maybe a foot away from his face… not hiding it, just holding it up as if he has nothing else to do… one time he didn’t even look over at me while handing the receipt.
