  The place is just so rude. I was trying to order a drink after they told me I couldn’t add it at the window so I went in the store and was in line an they skipped me so I told the cashier and he ignored me

  Freezing cold in lobby. I guess a separate A/C thermostat wasn't an option. I guess keeping employees in the back cool is more important than the customers in the lobby comfortable.

  I had a really frustrating experience at this McDonald’s. It took about 20 minutes to get our food, which is already way too long for fast food, and when we finally got it, everything was cold and undercooked with barely any salt. On top of that, there was loud Christian worship music blasting in the dining area, which made it hard to even enjoy the meal or have a conversation. Overall, the quality and atmosphere were both disappointing.

  Mocha drink was not sweet and didn't taste like mocha at all , tasted like coffee. Team leader was rude and complained that I was in the restroom too long. Also she didn't want to go give me sugar to sweeten it.

  I wanted to follow up regarding the issue I experienced with my curbside order on March 4, 2026. I originally reached out because I was extremely disappointed after spending over $80 to feed my family, including my 81-year-old father, and several of the burgers we received were severely undercooked with the meat fully pink and raw in the center. This was very concerning due to the potential health risks, especially for elderly individuals. However, I truly appreciate that Anna took the time to reach back out to me personally to review the situation and help resolve the issue. She offered a full refund, but I explained that I didn’t want a refund — I simply wanted the situation made right for my family. Anna and the team went above and beyond by redoing the entire order and making sure everything was prepared correctly. That meant a lot to my family and me. It was clear that she listened to my concerns and genuinely cared about fixing the problem. Thank you for taking the time to review the situation, listen to your customers, and make things right. It really means a lot when a company values loyal customers and shows that level of care and accountability. Anna’s kindness and professionalism were greatly appreciated.
