  I went to this place in Arlington for the first time and these people barely put any meat on my sandwich, this sandwich was $10.00 and I literally had to put more meat on my sandwich when I got home. I should have kept my money and just went home and made a sandwich!!! I WILL NEVER GO BACK IT'S A SHAME HOW THIS PLACE WORKS!!!

  -10/10 experience at this Jimmy John’s. Placed my order at 6:45 PM and was told it would be 5–10 minutes. Ended up waiting almost 20 minutes, going in and out multiple times while they kept saying “a few more minutes.” The sandwich didn’t even seem started at first… not very “freaky fast.” When I finally got my order, they forgot my sauce. Then I left, opened the sandwich, and it was completely wrong. Called the store and the manager was extremely rude—cutting me off, saying I had an attitude, and telling me she didn’t have to remake it. Zero accountability. Went back in person and it got worse. Staff was dismissive, arguing, and told us to leave instead of fixing the issue properly. Best part? I have an allergy to tomatoes. Instead of remaking the sandwich, they just took them off and rewrapped the SAME sandwich. After one bite, my mouth and throat started itching. Had to throw the whole thing away. Long wait, wrong order, missing items, terrible customer service, and unsafe food handling. Avoid this location.

  I think they just don't care for customers. Most of the younger folks working avoid making eye-contact and don't ask the people waiting what they need. Several times, they've been wrong on my order. WHY would you put GUACAMOLE on a PLAIN CHEESE sandwich? You tryin' to start somethin'? Are you JOKING?!? Either way, do your job, kids. It's not fair you take money for doing a job and then treat people like THEY did something wrong for making you work.

  Honestly I am dumbfounded how they get away with this. Asked for a turkey sandwich with cheese and they quite literally gave me two slices of turkey and cheese………if I can to eat a load of bread I would’ve paid 3 bucks for a loaf from the store. 10 bucks for this they’re making a killing! But I mean dang guys at least pull my hair before you screw me.

  If I could give negative stars I would! I went to the location on Matlock in Arlington to order 2 sandwiches and I wanted them toasted. Because 1 of them wasn’t a “specialty “ sandwich the lady at the register refused. However, I had placed the same order 4-5 different times at that location without any issues. I have also ordered the same order at other JJ’s without any problems. She was rude, absolutely uncalled for, and I started to walk away and she then she tried to say something like she would do it… no thanks, I no longer would want her to touch my food. Customer service is the pits and workers get away with it ALL THE TIME! I will never return to this establishment.
