  Excellent customer service every time! We regularly fill up our office water at this location and consistently have a great experience. The GM, Jared Lee, truly cares about his customers, he goes above and beyond and is always kind and welcoming. I highly recommend this location!

  1st & 2nd time I went inside shop... I had never been there..So i got off to check it out.. They said they had no samples- i couldn't taste nothing and they couldn't help me select a tea. That's fine I just won't go back!!!

  I love this HTeaO but today at 4:45pm it was not clean sticky tea everywhere, used cups in tea area also fruit containers were not filled & sticky.. condiments counter not stocked & trash on it... I even ask if today was super busy because drink area very messy worker just smiled ...

  went in today at 7:10 pm march 15, 2026 I walk in the whole area where the lemons are is sticky and full of old tea dropping. one of the iceberg machine is empty. no paper towels nowhere in sight. I get to the counter the boy checks me out I ask you guys dont put out paper towel anymore? oh its probably just ran out so im thinking he going to get some I just walk to the restroom and get some out the dispenser in there. I come back out look at the counter he standing there playing with his cell phone never even tried to ho restock the paper towel in the lobby

  Nice variety of different tea flavors. Try before you buy. My only knock is there's one parking spot in front of the building. Not a deal breaker but just a little akward.
