    Nunca aceptan la órdenes a pesar de faltar hasta 20 minutos para cerrar no es la primera vez que me dicen que mi orden no va a ser aceptada y la devolución de dinero es dilatada a pesar de que las órdenes normalmente que e echo son mayor a 100$

    Who moves a business across a major road and DOESNT UPDATE their address! And then after searching and searching for it through an entire strip mall area I call...no apology only attitude like I should have magically known it was moved. Not cool!

    A simple order of 20 wings, 4 chicken tender, 2 large fries and of course ranch and cheese. Returned home, we live 5 mintues from the store, only to find a fried cockroach in our fries. Yes, I spit my food out immediately and made everyone else stop eating. Called to complain, and the 'shift leader' on duty said bring all the food up plus the bug. So yes, I dumped all my food back in the bag, bagged up the bug and went back up there, only for her to say it will 5-10 business days for a refund. Now, I'm not one to make a seen, but when she went through my bag and looked at the bug to only say, that's corn. Like really!!!!! And then tossed everything in the trash and proceeded to help other customers!? Like, no I want a receipt to show the refund, for her to say we can't print a refund because it's an online order.....like come on, we all know better!!!!!! She said she could take a picture and send it to me, I said that was fine.....but in the end she STILL didn't proceed a refund receipt, just my original receipt. Never got an, I'm so sorry, what can we do.....she was too busy having her phone in her hand listening to Spotify then to deal with me. The lobby was packed and no one knew what was going one, but I wish I would've said something more. This place is disgusting and everyone needs more customer service and leader ship training! Moving doesn't make a place better and it shows! I will never eat there again!!!! Good luck!

    I ordered them in advance and they was cold I mean freezing cold and I live 5 minutes away I didn't take long so I know they dint make fresh fries they gave me cold ones that was sitting.
