I had to run back to my car to get it, and when I returned, he said, “Oh, I found it. It will take longer to make it.” I couldn’t wait, so I asked to cancel the order and requested a refund receipt. He said he would refund it but didn’t give me any refund ticket. It has been six days, and I still haven’t received my refund. So unprofessional.
