Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

- LLLaLa LeeFeb 23, 20261.0Very disappointed with our experience this morning. I placed a pre-order for curbside pickup expecting the food to be hot, fresh, and ready at the scheduled time. I arrived on time and still waited about 10 minutes. When I finally received the order, the food was not even warm — it felt cold. To make matters worse, the lady handling curbside in the morning was very rude. Customer service goes a long way, especially when food is already not up to standard. This was actually our second time giving this location another chance, hoping “second time’s the charm,” but unfortunately it was not any better. My kids were excited to try the breakfast/lunch brunch items before we headed out to run errands, and it was upsetting for them to be so disappointed again. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves both the food quality and customer service at this location.

I drive up to the window and all I see is people running around playing. It's just always something when I come here and the lil attitudes they give at the drive thru window wild too. This location need customer service training.
