  I'm not normally in this area. However i was taking my mom to a doctors appointment and she was early and hungry so. We went here to try to get some breakfast. We walked to the counter to look at the menu. And the guy behind the counter with tattoos on his face was just looking away like noone was there. We went to the Kiosk to place our order. We ordered 2 number one combos one wit fries and one with Cinnabon both with cokes. Order was 18.16 i paid with card. Of course they said they have to wait for the order to come thru to their screen and it was my bank thats the reason why they havent received order. Needless to say i didnt get the food i paid for and my elderly mother didnt get breakfast before going to the doctor. Manger didnt want to write his name down nor a receipt. Handed me a random receipt from register.

  Pulled into Wendy’s drive‑thru for what I hoped would be a quick, yummy burger — and boy, was that a mistake. Only two cars were ahead of me, yet the experience went downhill fast. The fries were so stale they were completely inedible, and after one bite of the burger, it was clear something was very wrong. It was tough, overcooked, and tasted like it had either been microwaved to death or left sitting out far too long. Both items went straight into the trash. Wendy’s, you lost a faithful customer today. It’s obvious that quality and service are no longer your signature. Ten dollars literally thrown away.

  Went to this location tonight. There was no one in the line ahead of me. The person taking my order seemed confused and was unprofessional, but he was young so I know there is a learning curve. I should have known since there was no one in line ahead of me and my order came out so quick that my order would not be fresh. The fries were so burnt and hard that I could not eat even a fourth of them. I tried to call the restaurant to complain, but the calls were not answered, and I know they weren’t busy. This location has been out of paper for receipts for at least six months. And since most customer service reps ask for a receipt this seems pretty convenient. I will say the service and food is not usually this bad. I recommend earlier times in the evening as that’s when I’ve gotten okay service
