When I walked inside with my receipt to kindly tell them they I was missing items, 2 employees looked at me and ignored me. One of them told a man who said his name was Jim to help me. When Jim came to the register, he said “what”. When I told him I did not get all my items and tried to show him my receipt he just walked away. He walked over to where Maria was standing at the drive thru window and she confirmed I was missing items. Jim went to the back and brought me some of the missing items. As I got to my car I realized my baked potato did not have sour cream. I went back in to ask for sour cream and was ignored by the same employees as before. Jim came to the register and said what again. When I asked for sour cream for the sour cream chives potato I ordered he got annoyed.
