As far as Tom Thumb’s go, it’s not that great. Sometimes when shopping at night, all registers close and you can only use the self checkout. Employees saw me with a full cart and did not offer to open up a line, so I spent 15 minutes in the cramped self checkout area doing Tom Tom’s job for it. Kind of lame.

He was so patient, kind & knowledgeable. He saved the day for me. Without his help I wouldn’t have been able to access my coupons. Thank you so much. Ali even opens a register when needed to help avoid long lines. Great guy! I really love shopping this location. Store is always clean & the prices are competitive.
