I ordered the California burrito when I received it, my tortilla was burned and extremely hard to even bite through, and the burrito comes with fries, and those tasted like they were either reheated or not cooked all the way, and then put on my burrito, and my whole burrito was cold, even the meat was cold. Very disappointed in the service. After getting the burrito on a Sunday, I called back that same day to let them know I was not pleased with my food, and the girl on the phone offered to remake it, which I declined and asked for my money back. She said Okay, I will process your refund. It should be back in 3-5 business days. I waited the 5 days, and on the 6th day, I had not received my money back, so I called again, saying I was supposed to be receiving my refund, and it's been almost a week, and I have not received my refund. Maria, on the phone, offered to make the food over, and again I declined. Then she tried to refund me over the phone, but their system was not working, I guess, and I was asked to drive back up there to get my money. Definitely will not be going back.

I ordered on door dash and it got delivered perfect i can't wait to dine in!
