I asked the guy (Jose) in the drive for more mild sauce and he told me no he can’t. Then when I asked why and explained that I put 15 on the app, he asked me how many was in the bag that he can only give 5 more. Then when I was trying to talk to him he slammed the door in my face so I waited till he came back.SMH that’s not how that works buddy. If the app allows me to ask for 15 I expect 15. It’s not up to you to tell me I have enough. Terrible customer service. I will not be back. Tired of places like this with terrible service. You don’t like your job or can’t give decent service then find another job. Period. Food not even good enough to be acting like that.

Bean Burrito + Meat - Beans (They don’t have a Beef Burrito on menu) 2. 5-layer Burrito + Onions -Grilled 3. Nacho Fries 4. 2 Crunchy Tacos What I got: 1. Bean Burrito with onions 2. 5-Layer with Beans only 3. Nacho Fries dumped in my bag 4. 2 Crunchy Tacos The quality of food was hot with the exception of the tacos that were old. I’m glad they took the time to prepare the food however, it’s unfortunate that no matter how many times we repeated at the speaker, they still couldn’t get it right. Thank you for the reminder of why I don’t eat out, especially at Taco Bell.
