    Did a drive through order. Ordered a steak quesadilla and some bean burritos with a Baja blast drink. I mentioned that their app didn’t show frozen Baja blast and asked if they could get me one since my granddaughter just got braces. They gave me some they had just made. Since she thought they didn’t have any and she was just getting the drink, she was ecstatic. The customer service was above and beyond.

    Only tacobell I go to in town. The entire crew is welcoming and know how to do customer service. I appreciate them and all they do for the community.

    If I could give no stars I would. I stopped going to Taco Bell a couple years ago but decided to give it another shot. Very regretful decision. My burritos were basically just tortillas. The best part was the chips and cheese. And I never use to eat the chips. Will not be going back. Taco Bell is officially dead to me. Thank you Taco Bell management for putting your food cost before your customers. I don't see a very good future for taco hell no.

    This Taco Bell has the worst management staff around, most definitely giving unprofessionalism. No matter what time of day it is no one with common sense is available, as a blue collar worker myself I understand customer service is important no matter the circumstance and after talking with an employee she did nothing but confirm exactly what I observed. Management needs to be re trained or rotated out it already hard enough to provide why cause more damage. Might need to take some lessons from fellow competition I guarantee you will learn a few things. Send HELP that employee needs it
