- KNKathy N1 day ago1.0I went into the store ordered off the kiosk , it asked if we wanted it toasted , and we said yes. From the bc ms. Amanda your store manager yelled out loudly “ they want it toasted twice? “ then said “ I guess they want it burnt “ I then yelled bc just the same NO we don’t want it burnt !! First let’s start by saying if I ordered off the kiosk she knows where in the store “ Rude how Rude” second off all she didn’t have to yell it sarcastically “ How Rude “ as a store manager she should absolutely know that , that is not the way to conduct herself ! Or maybe it was the way she was trained! I truly feel badly for the rest of the employees that have to work on her shift. She is not manager status at all !! This is Not a place to eat while she’s on deck!! I hope that she as well can read this review so that she learns to reevaluate , and adjust her attitude.. Terrible, just terrible customer service on her part , she needs badly to be reprimanded so that customers aren’t dissatisfied and never go back.
