First off, something is always wrong with the order. I ordered a cheese quesadilla without sauce on three different occasions, and all three were wrong. Just cheese and tortilla, nothing special. One was chicken quesadilla without sauce, second time was a chicken quesadilla with sauce, and third was a cheese quesadilla with sauce. At this point I’m convinced they’re doing it on purpose 😂. Second, their attitudes are worse than any other Taco Bell I’ve gone too. I ordered at the drive thru the other night, and said hi to the employee n give my card when pulling up. No response. I think okay, maybe he’s just busy. Gives me my card back and I say thank you. Again, nothing. Hands me my food without a single word, and again I say thank you and I tell HIM to have a good night. He looks at me and says nothing again, then shuts the window 🤦🏻♀️ I don’t expect a gourmet meal with some amazing presentation, i know it’s Taco Bell. And as someone who works customer service, I understand having a bad day and not wanting to deal with people, being tired from working at night, and again, it’s Taco Bell. I go cause it’s quick and cheap and somewhat enjoyable after working a 12 hour shift. But this location is worse than any other Taco Bell I’ve been to in Mansfield, Arlington, and Fort Worth.
