- JJJillSep 24, 20251.0During my last visit to the store, a young Mexican man made my sandwich and processed my payment, but he added a tip for himself without asking me first. When I returned today, I spoke with a woman named Josyen, who works there every morning. I mentioned what had happened, but she claimed that the young man had not done that. I tried to explain that he had, but she became upset and yelled at me, stating that she was the manager. When I asked to speak to her manager, she replied that she didn't know their name. I then requested the owner's name, but she still refused to provide any names. The times I've been there, she's on her phone and doesn't wear a name tag. Furthermore, my sandwich fell apart, and the bread was very mushy. Bottom line, the young man shouldn't be tipping himself. I will get a hold of the chain.

I was asking about the coupons and what qualifies and instead of informing they proceeded to rudely say that I could just read the coupon. Two days ago I went to pick up an online order and one of the ladies stated it wasn't there when I could clearly see the bag with my name on it. They are just miserable being there. Will not return to this location.
