  During my last visit to the store, a young Mexican man made my sandwich and processed my payment, but he added a tip for himself without asking me first. When I returned today, I spoke with a woman named Josyen, who works there every morning. I mentioned what had happened, but she claimed that the young man had not done that. I tried to explain that he had, but she became upset and yelled at me, stating that she was the manager. When I asked to speak to her manager, she replied that she didn't know their name. I then requested the owner's name, but she still refused to provide any names. The times I've been there, she's on her phone and doesn't wear a name tag. Furthermore, my sandwich fell apart, and the bread was very mushy. Bottom line, the young man shouldn't be tipping himself. I will get a hold of the chain.

  The manager was very rude and argumentative and she didn't wear her name badge. She was not helpful at all.
