Was terrible whoever the short guy with long hair is please get rid of him dude was slow and took other people order and when he eventually got to mine mobile order he missed 2 sauces to put on it and had the other guy bag it and hand it off while he got him for not being there snd then he disappeared horrible worker but was quick to greet everyone “whats up boss” “whats up bro” …. Cmon now yall can hire better

Horrible experience they said they were out of roast beef, cool but why can’t I sub for another meat. Talking so fast, did not ask if I wanted my sandwich toasted, and the toppings are supposed to be PACKED that’s what they advertised and it’s real big on a sign at the store. Why do I have to tell you I need more. They are lazy, if you have to keep refilling the toppings so what, THATS YOUR JOB. They seem unhappy and frustrated that people want to eat here. If you want to lose business this is the way to do it !!! Will never be back.

don’t order this food! manager is the most evil person. and the worker lady was so rude. They don’t take responsibility and they don’t care about you or your food. The quality is bad they make wrong orders and u don’t get a refund or even a sandwich re made. So rude and unprofessional says disgusting things when they are at fault. Vicky needs to be fired that’s not okay how she treats costumers! horrible

Horrible!!!!! Vicky is disrespectful and should never work around people. I did an online order, multiple things were wrong about it, (bread, cheese) and I’m pregnant I ordered an all veggie and it had like 4 spinach leaves and 4 tomatoes that was pretty much it. the cheese was not what I ordered and I didn’t like it, it had basically no toppings. I had blood drawn and needed to eat after my doctor appointment and it was a poor quality food plus the spinach i believe wasn’t washed. I had gone back saying my sandwich was wrong, the girl said well we were out of that stuff yet took no responsibility asking me if I didn’t bring my sandwich back (hours later cause I had my doctor appointment) that I wouldn’t get a refund and she wouldn’t re make my sandwich although I had picture of my sandwich andd the receipt. She called me names and said it’s common sense to bring the sandwich back even though I had receipt. and was very very disrespectful to me I had no energy to argue as I had blood drawn and was dizzy I wasn’t gonna drive back home wasting gas all the way to the subway by my doctors to get an old sandwich. the manager name was vicky. So rude and cares zero percent about costumers. I felt so disrespected as she was calling me names who does that to a pregnant woman when you were sure u made the sandwich wrong? Then she had tried saying “ONE THING WAS WRONG” which wasn’t true even if nothing was wrong the sandwich was poor quality and wouldn’t have filled a toddler up.. don’t go there don’t waste your money and be treated like that it’s not worth it. I’m not sure the other girls name but both of them need to be fired.

Negative 5 stars!!! It is COMMON SENSE to treat your paying customers kindly. The manager Vicky said we had no common sense! The on-line order was made with the wrong bread n cheese but no one told us that when we picked it up. Came back after, 3 hours later bc my pregnant daughter had an drs appointment, n didnt have the sandwiches. Vicky told me I was ignorant n hostile. I was upset bc the customer service was horrible. She admitted they never communicated the bread n cheese were different than ordered. Yet we are being called no common sense n ignorant. Just wanted the sandwich we ordered or a refund. I understand we didn't habe tye incorrect sandwiches in hsnd ti return but they admitted they knowingly have us wrong sandwich n never communicated that to us. Only thing communicated to us was that we were somehow in the wrong snd that we were the ones y no common had no common sense. My pregnant daughter ordered online. Her husband picked it up the sandwiches and got home, to find the sandwiches wete tye wrong bread n cheese. Daughter had a glucose appointment, which takes hours. They went back to subway after Dr appt. The sandwiches are still at the house bc they didn’t think to drag these sandwiches along.
The app wouldnt refund.
They wouldn’t refund or make new sandwiches. Asked to speak to a manager who called us names! Will never eat at this location again
