She greeted everyone with a smile and kept the line moving fast without rushing anyone. The food itself was fresh and neatly made, but Valerie’s customer service really stood out. It’s rare to see someone so upbeat and professional, especially during busy hours. She made me feel welcome and taken care of, which is honestly what keeps people coming back. If management sees this, Valerie definitely deserves some recognition. I’ll be returning to this location because of the great service she provided!
