    I'm surprised they don't charge for the bag, napkins and straws. The food is always nasty, like they make it of the floor.

    I'm miss coming to this location and having an easy experience. It's near my home, but I almost never get to order from here anymore because when I drive by and want something, all of the normal stalls are full, but all of the mobile order only parking spots, the majority, are empty. I don't have any intention of ever downloading a Sonic location-tracking app to my phone, especially not just for the privilege of ordering fast food. I ordered on the website today to make sure that I would be able to pick it up but when I got there, but I still had to go to a typical stall because I didn't order on the app and so I couldn't 'check in' to a mobile order parking spot. When I went to the stall and told them that I was here to pick up the order for Olivia, their response was 'oh I guess I'll check you in then' as if I had not used my app correctly when indeed I just didn't have it at all and never will. I remember when this just used to be like a neighborhood hamburger shop and you could just like get a drink or an ice cream from a carhop frictionlessly, but now it appears to be an app-driven take-out only semi-ghost restaurant? I hope the profits are improving as intended, but I remember when all the 20 normal stalls were full most of the time. Now it's 10+ mobile order ONLY stalls empty most of the time and frustrated locals driving the loop, having no where/way to order, and heading home hungry. From my perspective anyway.

    If you want ketchup or picante sauce or anything, you gotta tell them right when your ordering. They give you the food and immediately walk away.
