- LLLALADec 25, 20251.0They seriously gave me a burger with no hamburger patty. I paid extra for bacon, but bacon is all I got. I am deleting this app for good now because this is not the first time orders have been wrong. This is just the most ridiculous.

After sitting for 15 mins and being the only person there they turn the lights out even though it's well before 12am. I catch one of the workers outside and ask about my drink. She has a terrible attitude and tells me I have to contact the app to get my money back because they closed at 11pm. I asked her if I could just get the drink I ordered and she says it hadn't been made even though I ordered it 15 mins before 11pm and the hours of operation indicate 12am not 11pm. She refused to provide me with the drink I ordered which I felt was ridiculous because I didn't order anything other than that. I will never return to this location the customer service is horrible.
