    I just wanna say thank you to everyone who worked at 1pm to 2PM today (1/15/26)! I got food here and when I went to leave, I spilled my ice cream all over my passenger seat and floorboard. I started using napkins and tissues from in my car to clean up my mess. I then realized it was ice cream and probably needed to be spot cleaned with some water to help from spoiling and smelling. I asked one of the workers who is cleaning a few stalls over from me if I could get a cup of water to help clean my ice cream mess. She then directed me to go to the door and open it and ask for a cup of water, when I did that one of the nice ladies inside, said yes, and offered me one of their towels to help clean. I know it's such a simple act of kindness, but it made my day so much better and easier. Nonetheless gave me faith in humanity.

    Since when has Sonic charged for Ranch and other sauces???? I’ve always gotten ranch with my onion rings for free and when I went to order I was told it would be a .25 charge??? How bad of shape is Sonic corporation that they have to start charging for sauces…..

    Very Disappointing Experience. ⭐️ We waited so long just to place our order that the menu timed out while we were still waiting. When we finally ordered, we got three hot dog meals, one chicken tender meal with drinks, and a pretzel. When we received our food, two of the hot dog meals were missing tater tots, the chicken tenders looked like they had been sitting under a warmer for hours, and one of the drinks was incorrect. I called the restaurant and spoke to someone about the issues, but when I arrived to get the corrected items, there was a lot of confusion. I had to re-explain the entire situation, even though I had already spoken to someone twice, and then waited again for a long period of time. Between the long wait, missing items, poor food quality, incorrect drink, and lack of communication, this was a very frustrating experience. I expected much better service

    Just a heads up if your going to the sonic on Sublett your sonic drinks more than likely have little black specs in them. The past few times I've gotten drinks or plain ice from there all my drinks have had black specs. I stopped going for a few days out of disgust and went tonight for a plain cup of ice and you can see the black specs. One pic has a hair in it as well so just be cautious about it. And they would only refund me one of the drinks. I've is pending as I just got home and noticed it.

    Pretty disappointed with this visit. My order came out rather quickly, but was incorrect. I didn’t receive my mozzarella sticks or any of the sauces for my popcorn chicken, and only received a half filled order of my side of tots. When I tried to call to see how we could rectify this, the phone was off the hook every time I tried to reach out. Additionally, I couldn’t even drive up to dispute it in person, because I didn’t receive my receipt in the bag.
