On the second, I ordered just a drink on the app and went to check in, but got an app error that said use the red call button. Upon pressing the button, I got a very unpleasant "we can't help you, our system is down". I explained I had already ordered and paid, which caused the voice to protest she couldn't tell what I had ordered tho. I explained it was just a drink and I had the receipt. No dice. Maybe the system would be back up in 15 mins, after two days of malfunctioning. So wait 15 mins and she would see. Again trying to explain I could show her the receipt and Sonic had already charged me - she explained that if she helped me, she would have to help others too - oh my real great approach.
